We respect your privacy. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and how to remove it.
What we collect
- Email address (required so we can contact you when the product launches).
- Optional name (helps us personalize emails).
- Survey answers if you choose to fill the optional survey.
- Referral code if you arrive via a referral link.
- Anonymous request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) for rate-limit and abuse prevention.
What we do not collect
- No tracking pixels.
- No third-party analytics that profile you.
- No selling, sharing, or renting your email to anyone.
How to remove your data
Email hello@waitlist.solutionswith the subject line “Delete my data” and the address you signed up with. We will delete it within 7 days and confirm.
Hosting + storage
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database hosted by Supabase (US region) and emails are sent via Resend. Both are SOC 2 compliant.
